When do delivery days start counting?
From the moment the transaction becomes effective.
Returns and Exchanges
To exercise any exchange or return, the item must not have been used and must be in perfect condition.
Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only size changes are accepted. In case of change, the cost of transport must be assumed by the consumer.
Items obtained through exchange cannot be exchanged again.
